The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, development and management of SnapHop's Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) solution, TechnologyOne OneCouncil, and supporting systems and software products, including identifying, recommending, implementing and evaluating system and process improvements.

This role is casual, requiring 3 - 5 days per week of attendance from 9am to 5pm with a view to permanency long-term.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Assistant to join our team and assist in maintaining our technological infrastructure.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals, including a large variety of industry specific hardware and software.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and protocols.
Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.
Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience as an IT Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and security.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office and D365.
Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
